This helicopter has been a hit every single time I've offered it as a gift. I really saw it for the first time on my boss's desk - a vendor had given it as a promotional item (they put their item name on a helipad and bundled them together). The adult "children" in my office may well be noticed at any given time playing with it and it seems to be a terrific tension reliever! The seriously very good pilots appear to be the 9-13 set though and it is a fairly widely used item. The 1st a single I gave came with a repair kit, as the helicopter is understandably lightweight and it takes a few crashes through the mastering phase. With a tiny practice, though, my first giftee had it landing precisely in my hand. Definitely fantastic toy!
Actually poor quality toy. Purchased it for my 8-year old for Christmas. Worked sporadically for a couple minutes then stopped. Would not recommend shopping for for a kid. Too frustrating.
