Keep away from this charger at all cost, as a different reviewer stated, it is undoubtedly wired incorrectly. When I inserted the charger into the helicopter, the blades began to spin even although the helicopter was in the off position. I then smelled smoke....coming from my computer. This lovely small charger shorted out two of my USB ports on my laptop leaving a beautiful burnt smell. Be conscious DO NOT Buy Stars
I took a opportunity following reading some unfavorable reviews about reverse polarities and such, and purchased this cable to charge my RC Combat Helicopters that I purchased at Brookstone at Christmas time. This cable operates excellent for me. You plug it in to your helicopter and then the pc. Wait for the red light to glow at the USB finish, unplug and fly away. For three bucks it is a no brainer.
