If you have a syma s108g, you know specifically what these blades are made of. It really is a great deal more of those cheap plastic blades that came from the factory. The other replacement parts are a nice bonus, but the blades are the ones that want replacement most often. The great thing is, if you know what you are performing, there are not a complete lot of reasons why a blade would break clean off. I didn't know what i was undertaking, so here I am.
I purchased the helicopter for my 9 year old son, for that reason, I saw these as totally necessary. He did indeed chip a blade fairly speedy. I have replaced two so far, but he has the hang of flying it now.
